Stanton accepts doping ban
The bid of James Stanton, Australian water polo star, to compete at a third successive Olympic Games is over after he reluctantly accepted a two-year doping ban.
The goalkeeper for Australia at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics tested positive for the anabolic agent clenbuterol in an out-of-competition test in Perth on September 15 last year.

According to court documents, two men have been indicated for importing a banned drug from China and selling it in Luzerne County.
The two men, Peter Sepling and John Nikoloff, conspired to import and sell gamma-butyrolactone, GBL, a banned substance sometimes used as a party drug.

An officer in the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department, Rafael Galan, is facing criminal charge of official misconduct after he allegedly tipped off the subject of a drug investigation.

According to the Greyhound Racing NSW Stewards, the stewards inquiries into positives swab found in two greyhounds trained by New South Wales greyhound trainer Tim Murray has been adjourned.
