Jacob Bray, a young athlete from Tulsa bought Mass Tab from Supplement Shack in Oklahoma. After a couple of weeks of utilizing the product, Bray of a sudden felt an “instant migraine” while weightlifting in a gym. A friend instantly took him home. He took Tylenol and laid an icepack on his head to alleviate the pain but it exacerbated and he grew disoriented.

His mother, Bonnie Bray, right away called a neurologist to schedule an appointment. An MRI/ MRA was arranged, where it was identified that the young Bray had a stroke.

Mass Tab, a bodybuilding supplement marketed by IDS, Supplement Energy and Challenger Holdings was lately under examination for allegedly causing, 17-year-old football player, Jacob Bray, to endure stroke.

Greg Davis, Bray’s attorney already charged a case in state court today against the makers of Mass Tab. According to Davis, the makers seemed to be participating in fraud, careless and inattentive marketing of a supplement, wherein they did not inform the consumers of the dangers of its product. Instead, they laid claim that the product have little side effects.

Although Mass Tab has been retrieved by US FDA recently, it could still be dealt under a new name and packaging.
