Proviron drug interaction

Unlike many other compounds used by bodybuilders, Proviron or Mesterolone does not work to increase testosterone levels. It works to eliminate those body processes which reduce natural testosterone production. Its main action is to remove roadblocks to testosterone production. It is not actually an essential drug for bodybuilders, but in the absence of Clomid or HCG, it can be a very effective substitute. One of the useful purposes of Proviron is it acts as an estrogen blocker. It allows more opportunity for the body to re-start its natural testosterone production especially when it has stalled for some time.

Normally, Proviron should be taken 2 to 3 tablets per day for men and a single dose of 25 mg per day for women is already adequate. A low dose of Proviron in women is enough to help build lean muscle mass and reduce body fat.

When Proviron is used in excess, an interesting side effect to men occurs. It produces a lasting erection which could be potentially harmful since it could produce long-term tissue damage. As soon as this happens, it would be wise to seek medical attention immediately. What is good about this compound is it is fairly safe to the liver and it does not produce any gyno or acne breakouts.

On the other hand, side effects in women include hair growth, deepening of the voice and virilization if the drug is taken in excess of the prescribed dose.
