Famous WWE wrestler John Cena said on Wednesday that Alex Rodriguez should go to jail for using steroids. Cena who is currently starring in the movie “12 Rounds,” also commented that “Steroids are the personal choice of the athlete.” But with his controversial comment it seems that Mr. Cena has forgotten about himself.
Alex Rodriguez didn’t say anything about Cena’s comment. He just got defensive and said that he used it (steroids) because he felt he needed to. Further he also told that “If there was a set of legal stipulations set in place, he may never have even considered it.”
After admitting his steriod use act, Rodriguez said that the government should take legal initiative if anyone is caught using drugs and should be sent to jail. According to him, a criminal record will hurt one’s endorsements and long-term contracts.
In a recent poll conducted by the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute, this star player of New York Yankees has slipped down to second position with 9%, votes from his earlier 15% votes in popularity.
