British sprinter loses appeal
Wyberton’s Team GB sprinter Bernice Wilson has failed in her appeal against a four-year suspension after a positive drugs test in June 2011.
The 27-year-old sprinter broke into the British team last year and competed at the European Indoor Championships and tested positive for two anabolic steroids.

Police officer arrested for steroid possession
On Wednesday night, a four-year veteran of the Bridgeton Police Department (BPD) was arrested by members of his own department shortly after reporting for duty.
Members of the police department and Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office apprehended Robert W. Smith, 31, of Williamstown, on narcotics-related charges at around 10 p.m. that evening.

Jail term for steroids sale
A former bodybuilder was jailed for a period of five years over the illegal importation of anabolic steroids.
Mark William Rainbow was sentenced in Auckland District Court after earlier admitting breaches of the Medicine Act 1981 including importing, possessing and supplying prescription and other medicines.

Hardy kicked out of rehab
Matt Hardy has been kicked out of the WWE-sponsored impatient drug rehab after he violated terms of the release agreement on drug charges in September, according to TMZ.
Hardy’s behavior made staff members at the rehab facility suspicious and he was asked to give a breathalyzer test, which he failed.

New regulations implemented by CHRB
New regulations surrounding the use of the bronchodilator, clenbuterol, in Quarter Horse racing at Los Alamitos Race Course have been implemented by the California Horse Racing Board (CHRB).
These regulations went into effect on October 14 and were prompted by the growing use of the substance as a replacement for anabolic steroids.

Anabolic steroid issue strike World Kabaddi Cup

Former professional wrestler Matt Hardy has been charged with possession of steroids, according to the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.

Kansas business owner indicted
In an indictment, Federal prosecutors alleged that a Kansas business owner and a Maryland doctor illegally distributed more than $1.3 million worth of anabolic steroids.
Baltazar, who allegedly wrote the prescriptions, did not see the patients in person, as per court records.
