Clemens ask judge to bar prosecutors from perjury case retrials
Major League Baseball veteran Roger Clemens has asked a federal judge to bar prosecutors from retrying him on charges that he lied to Congress.
The ex-baseball player argued that he can’t face a jury twice for the same crime under the constitution.
